Design Thinking is like a superhero’s secret weapon, saving you from dangerous situations by eliminating the boring, frustrating, and unusable aspects of life. It starts with empathy, striving to understand people, then moves on to idea generation through collaborative workshops and mind maps. Next comes prototyping, turning ideas into tangible realities, followed by testing solutions to gather feedback and refine the concept. In short, Design Thinking allows you to use your superhero powers to improve the world and turn your projects into valuable investments.

How We Work?

Agile since the beginning

We are Agile and flexible practically like reeds. We choose how to collaborate together, adapt to changes (in effort, objectives, and needs), and provide a flexible service on multiple levels, both in terms of team dynamics and approach.

Team and agile approach, which translated for humans means that we can compose the team depending on the project, scale it as we like, join forces with our customers. At the same time we have an approach that allows us to test significant project steps often and quickly with the customer, so as not to give the classic unsolicited Christmas present upon delivery (after a thousand months, maybe).
We’ve developed new ways to set up contracts that can really help build a partnership, share risk, and get involved with our customers. Contracts that allow you to apply incremental budgeting and balance investment and returns, freeing your business from having to predict everything in advance, to test and adjust your commitment. We are a team of crazy people!

Sometimes we talk to ourselves about algorithms, variables, functions, APIs… but we are basically harmless and cuddly. Moreover, we have a furry mascot, called Yuko, who keeps an eye on us every day. But what kind of team are we? We are a team of designers, software engineers, creatives, philosophers, mathematicians, architects, code nerds and much more. In short, we are curious people, always looking for the most effective solutions, constantly evolving and ready to respond to new challenges every day.

Agile contracting

Definisci un accordo quadro con vincoli, IP e garanzie per mantenere agilità e allineare obiettivi aziendali e finanza, evitando blocchi di budget. Aggiungi iterativamente risultati per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.

Un contratto smart offre controllo sugli outcome e flessibilità, consentendo di adattarsi e cambiare idea quando necessario, ottimizzando progetti digitali di medie e grandi dimensioni.
