The client, one of the leading energy players in Europe, was using multiple platforms and relying on different departments to gather data from numerous extraction sites. They needed a unified solution to monitor both production and safety in real-time.

We initiated a first phase of discovery and interviews, where we gathered the requirements of all stakeholders, identified issues with the existing platforms, and highlighted the information gaps between platforms, departments, and offices. These gaps were hindering the monitoring process from being as effective as the management intended.
