There was this need...

Our client is a leading provider of software and services in the banking sector. Covering all the application and portfolio management, both in programs and project areas, is the main need. Collecting information about the time spent by the client’s people working on projects or extra activities is an important need that we have worked on.

The objectives are particularly challenging since the development must follow significant organizational and process changes.

The close collaboration with the customer’s PMO is the main enabler for incremental value releases. Sharing knowledge, objectives and critical points during development allows us to better understand the domain and therefore contribute to the search for smart solutions, both from a technical and user experience point of view.

We have developed a web-based application, with different areas dedicated to different contexts: demand management, program management, project management, time tracking.

The application provides the means to collect the most important data in those areas and provides different ways to extract and visualize them. In addition, it communicates seamlessly with external systems, integrating with document management and capacity planning tools.
